There are two types of judges in Intellectual Property and International Trade Courts; the judges who are appointed from judicial officers according to the laws on judicial service, and the associate judges who are appointed from experts in intellectual property or international trade selected by the Judicial Commission. Each associate judge shall hold office for a term of five years. At least two judges and one associate judge shall be present to form a quorum for the adjudication. Any judgment or order of the Court shall require a majority vote.
