Amendment Overview

                    In the event that a juristic person is found liable under this Act, if the offense is committed due to an order, act, failure to give an order or failure to act as required by his duties as a director, manager or any person responsible for the operation of the juristic person, such person shall also be liable to the penalty prescribed for that offense. (Section 52)
