Amendment Overview

                    Section 32 paragraph 2 subsection (9) (Repealed)

                    Section 32/4 Any of the following actions conducted by an authorized or recognized organization for the interest of the disabled with visual, hearing or movement impairments, intellectual or learning disabilities, or any other disabilities as prescribed by the Minister in the Royal Gazette that obstructs them from the accessibility to the copyrighted works, shall not be deemed an infringement of copyright provided that it is non-profit and in accordance with Section 32 paragraph 1.

                    (1) reproduction or adaptation of the legally acquired copyrighted work that has been advertised or published

                    (2) communication to the public of any copy of the reproduced or adapted works under (1), including a copy of the copyrighted works acquired from an authorized or recognized organization

                    The authorized or recognized organizations, formats of the reproduction or adaptation to suit the necessity of the disabled, including rules and procedures on reproduction, adaptation, and communication to the public under Paragraph 1 shall be prescribed by the Ministry in the Royal Gazette.

                    Section 53 Section 32, 32/2, 32/3, 32/4, 33, 34, 36, 42, 43 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the performers’ rights.
